That’s what this hour is for.

Brian Iverson has spent fifty years in the field — designing buildings, diagnosing failures, auditing energy performance, and inventing solutions to problems the industry kept pretending didn’t exist. He has seen virtually every way a building envelope can fail. He knows what the problem usually is before you finish describing it. And he will tell you exactly what to do about it, in plain language, without hedging.

30-Minute Session: $500

1-Hour Session: $1000

2-Hour Session: $2000

What You Get

Select a 30, 60 or 120 minute session of direct, one-on-one consulting focused entirely on your specific situation — not a general overview, not a sales pitch, not a referral to a product. A diagnosis and a plan.

Review of your materials before the session — share up to three documents (plans, specs, energy model summaries, photos, assembly details) by emailing hello@carbonless.org ahead of time. Brian reviews them so the hour starts moving immediately. The first 15 minutes will be spent getting a comprehensive understanding of the project at hand.

Clear, prioritized recommendations you can act on the same day. Not “it depends.” Not “consult a professional.” The actual answer, based on actual physics, from someone who has been solving these problems since before most current building codes existed.

How It Works

Step 1 — Purchase the session and email hello@carbonless.org with your preferred dates and times, your project type, and the key questions you want answered.

Step 2 — Share up to three relevant documents before the session. Plans, photos, specs, energy summaries — whatever gives the most context.

Step 3 — Show up ready to work. The session is focused, practical, and moves fast. You will leave with a clear picture of what’s wrong, why it’s wrong, and exactly what to do next.
