Carbonless Builder® Membership Terms

Effective Date: April 2026

By joining Carbonless Builder®, you agree to the following Membership Terms:

1. Confidential Membership Materials

All content inside the Carbonless Builder® private membership, including videos, case studies, jobsite documentation, assembly details, failure analysis, written materials, methods, and member-submitted content, is confidential and intended only for active members.

You may not copy, reproduce, screenshot, record, download for redistribution, republish, transmit, disclose, distribute, teach from outside the membership, or share any membership content with any person or entity outside the Carbonless Builder® membership without prior written permission from Carbonless Inc.

2. Confidentiality of Homes, Projects, and Member Submissions

Carbonless Builder® exists as a trusted environment for builders, homeowners, and professionals to discuss real building failures, home performance problems, jobsite conditions, and repair methodologies.

By joining, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all member-shared information, including but not limited to:

  • home issues

  • client problems

  • failure conditions

  • addresses

  • photos

  • identifying project details

  • homeowner identities

  • builder identities where confidentiality is expected

You may not post, publish, distribute, or discuss this information on the open internet, social media, AI platforms, forums, marketing materials, or with non-members in any way that exposes or identifies a project, person, property, or private issue shared within the membership.

3. Purpose of the Membership

Carbonless Builder® is a private educational and professional community built around trusted sharing of real-world building failures, field-tested fixes, and the Carbonless methodology for creating better-performing buildings. Members are expected to participate in good faith and to protect the trust that makes the membership valuable.

4. Membership Access and Billing

Membership requires payment of the applicable one-time entry fee and ongoing monthly membership fee, if applicable to the selected membership structure. Failure to maintain the required active subscription will result in loss of access to the private membership materials.

The one-time entry fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Termination

Violation of these Terms, including any breach of confidentiality or unauthorized sharing of membership content, may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Carbonless Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion where necessary to protect the membership community, its members, or its intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

All content inside Carbonless Builder® is the intellectual property of Carbonless Inc. and/or its licensors, contributors, or content owners. Membership does not transfer ownership or grant any right to reproduce, distribute, resell, repurpose, or publicly display the content outside the membership.

7. Privacy and Respect for Member Contributions

Members who submit questions, case materials, photos, project details, or building issues affirm that they have the right to share those materials within the membership and understand that Carbonless may use them inside the private membership for educational purposes, subject to the confidentiality standards described here.

8. Educational Use Only

All membership content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace licensed engineering, code compliance review, professional site-specific design, or local construction requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable governing jurisdiction designated by Carbonless Inc., unless otherwise specified.
