Learn & Teach
Affordable Housing matters. Affordable Living matters more.
For homeowners, tradespeople, builders, designers, inspectors and the people who teach them. Everything here is grouped by how deep you want to go.
The full program: Carbonless 2126
Carbonless 2126 is our complete educational program. It is made of 40 Sticks, and a Stick is one lesson in the program.
Forty Sticks of education that look at a building from all Sixteen Seats at the table, from the landowner to the person who will live there a hundred years from now.
Stick 0 is free. $100 per Stick, or $3,900 for the complete program. Members get the entire program.
Why do we call them Sticks?
Beavers have been building homes for generations. They use sticks to create shelter, manage water, and protect their families.
They’ve adapted to different climates and conditions without blueprints, building permits, or construction courses.
At Carbonless, we thought that was worth learning from.
So instead of calling our lessons modules, we call them Sticks.
Each Stick teaches one part of building a healthier, more comfortable, energy-efficient home or building.
One Stick builds on another, until you understand the entire process—from the land you start with to the people who will live there generations from now.
And just like a beaver, we’re not afraid to have a little fun while we work.

Continuing education
$50 per CE hour
This is for educational instruction purchased on its own, separate from our existing products. It does not apply to education already included with a product, with Carbonless 2126 or with Carbonless Membership.
Carbonless 2126 pricing stays the same: Stick 0 is free, individual Sticks are $100 each, and the complete 40-Stick program is $3,900.
Whether an hour counts toward your continuing-education requirement depends on your licensing board, and on what Carbonless and its approved educational partners are authorized to provide. Ask before you count on it for a license.
